1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tafra Tech and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Tafra Tech is a Learning Management System (LMS) that enables educational institutions and instructors to create and manage digital learning academies, covering content, students, exams, payments, and analytics management.
3. Registration & Accounts
You must be of legal age (18 or older) to register. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are available monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We offer a money-back guarantee within 30 days of your first subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The following are prohibited: uploading abusive or unlawful content, attempting to hack the system, impersonating others, or using the platform to distribute malicious software.
6. Intellectual Property
The content you upload to the platform remains yours. You grant us a limited license to display and distribute that content through the platform only. Tafra Tech retains all intellectual property rights to the platform and its software.
7. Account Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 90 days in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be continuously available or free of errors. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of any material changes 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law & Contact
